30 New Pics and Delightfully Charming Photos of Stray Cats Captured by a Japanese Photographer

Tokyo-based photographer Masayuki Oki has a distinctive style: she captures pictures of stray cats throughout the city. When he stumbled upon a cat in a park in 2013 and couldn't resist taking pictures of it, that's when his adventure began.

Even though Oki didn't pick up a camera until he was thirty years old and wasn't particularly skilled at it initially, he enjoyed taking pictures, especially those featuring cats.

Since he was young, he has loved cats, but due to his family's circumstances, he is unable to own one. As a result, he channels his fondness for cats into his photographs. See here new 30 pics of why you should have a cat.

The personalities of these street cats are highlighted in Masayuki's artwork, from their languid sleeps to their inquisitive looks. According to him, every cat has a unique narrative to tell, and he attempts to capture that.

For the artist, taking pictures of cats is more than just capturing a nice moment; it's about getting to know them and giving the public a glimpse into their world.
