THE TROUBLE IS ACTUAL.
I've probably been struggling with this for three to four years, and over that time I've seen and learned several things that I believe are important to discuss.
Many days during the first year of my baby's life, I'd be rushing around in my pyjamas, unable to shower or brush my teeth until 2 p.m. And after the baby is fed and asleep, I get so tired that I want to take a nap too.
I experienced sloppiness and a sense of losing myself. It has always been important to me to take care of myself and look well because it helps me feel good.
WANTING TO LOOK GOOD IS NOT A WRONG THING.
Yes, you feel better about yourself when you look beautiful. You're feeling assured. Though I believe that's just condemning people for seeking something better for themselves, to some it might seem trivial.
Desiring to appear well is not a negative thing. You remain the same decent person in spite of it. You might become a better person as a result of it.
When you're confident in your appearance and your physical appearance, you're more approachable and have a different outlook on life. You're ready to meet people; you don't have to hide behind a dumpster or defend your appearance.
We know we deserve better, whether or not we want to acknowledge it. We have the right to always look our best.
These are the products that, even if I stay home for three days, make me feel and look better.
12 SIMPLE WAYS TO APPEAR PERFECT EVERY DAY.
Even if you're not going anywhere.
1. RISE AND SHINE A BIT EARLIER.
You can accomplish a lot in 15 minutes, even if that is all you have. I can quickly take a shower, brush my teeth, apply some natural makeup, and get dressed.
2. TINT HEARTS.
One thing is necessary to look attractive every day: making a tiny effort each and every day. If you don't feel like doing your laundry or ironing your dress, don't get careless and neglect to do them. It may seem insignificant, but after a while, you realise the impact when you don't have clean things to wear.
3. SOMETHINGALIZE.
Determine which moisturiser is best for you and use it to hydrate your face, neck, and chest. After taking a shower, remember to apply body lotion (or coconut oil) and hand cream—these are very crucial steps!
4. WORK OUT.
Exercise improves blood circulation, which enables essential organs like your skin to receive fresh nutrients more quickly. It can also help you feel good and lose weight.
Exercise also makes you feel happier, more rested, and with better posture. it instantly improves your appearance.
My morning yoga practice lasts just ten minutes, and those ten minutes make a world of difference! similar to everything.
These days, practicing yoga is quite accessible; you don't have to drive to a class at five in the morning. You can discover videos on YouTube and complete the task at home.
5. TAKE CARE OF YOUR HAIR.
Of course, you don't have to do anything extravagant like wash your hair every day, but you can occasionally have a blowout. I prefer to do it every two weeks, and knowing that my hair looks nice makes me feel so much better. I appear put together even when I'm wearing leggings or, let's be honest, jeans and a T-shirt and very little to no makeup.
6. COMPLETE YOUR NAIL WORK.
Once more, there's nothing particular to do; however, you should paint your nails once every two weeks to every week. At the very least, make sure they're tidy and shaped!
Natural nude colours go well with everything, therefore I generally do them myself.
7. GET RHYDRANT.
Drinking enough water will make your skin appear younger and plumper, and that simple yet effective tip works right away!
8. EAT WELL.
You can easily regulate your weight and have much better-looking skin when you consume a balanced diet, which should include lots of fruits and vegetables.
9. GET ENOUGH SLEEP AND GO TO BED EARLY.
It functions like a miracle. Go to bed earlier if you plan to get up earlier and still look well. Make sleep a priority. It will help you get rid of under eye bags, mood swings, and unhealthy food desires.
10. COLOUR.
To look fantastic every day, you don't need to wear a lot of cosmetics, but a little lipstick and mascara will do the trick.
11. PUT ON ATTIRE YOU GLAD YOU WORE.
If you don't feel secure in your attire, you don't have to look nice in a tight dress and high heels. You can look amazing with jeans, a white top, and flat shoes. Wear whatever looks well on you and gives you confidence for the day.
12. SHINE BRIGHTER.
Amidst all of that, remember to smile more often since it makes you feel wonderful and makes you appear more approachable and appealing to others.
